Contract: Permanent, subject to a six-month probationary period
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: €66,122 – €75,231 (commensurate with experience)

The Role
Reporting to the ICT Manager, IT Specialist – Data & Business Systems will support, develop, and optimise the organisation’s data, reporting, and business application platforms. This is a customer‑facing role and requires strong analytical capability, a customer centric attitude, experience with Microsoft‑based technologies, housing and property management systems, ideally ActiveH, and the ability to support digital transformation initiatives across Oaklee. They will also support the delivery of user training, documentation, and continuous learning initiatives to drive effective adoption and optimisation of systems and data tools across the organisation.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering data insights, supporting core systems, and enabling the business to make informed, data‑driven decisions.
