Job summary

WSP in Ireland is seeking an experienced Strategic Growth Director to establish and grow the PMCM business across the island. Based in Dublin, with travel across Ireland and occasional UK visits, you will shape a market growth plan and lead client engagement.

You will work closely with the PMCM Business Leadership Team to secure key opportunities in Rail, Highways, Water and Energy, building strategic partnerships and a resilient project portfolio.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in a client-facing environment.
• Approx. 20 years’ experience delivering major infrastructure projects (typically €50m+) in rail/large-scale schemes.
• Proven expertise in rail and/or large infrastructure programmes and strong commercial/contract management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the PMCM Ireland growth strategy aligned with regional/global objectives.
• Identify and secure new opportunities across Rail, Highways, Water, Energy, Local Government.
• Lead key account management, build senior client networks, and represent WSP at industry forums.
