WSP in Ireland is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead PMCM rail engagements across Ireland, including heavy rail, light rail and metro schemes. You will manage requirements, budgets, schedules and risk while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role offers hybrid working arrangements with offices in Naas, Dublin or Belfast, and site visits as required.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, construction management, project management or related field.
• Chartered status with a relevant professional body is advantageous.
• Experience delivering complex rail or transport infrastructure projects in Ireland or similar environments.
• Ability to develop and manage detailed project plans covering programme, budget, resources and risk.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams through project meetings and target-led workshops, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and projects meet safety, functional and regulatory requirements.
• Establish robust project management processes and governance in collaboration with Client teams.
• Act as the principal point of contact for Clients throughout design and construction phases.
• Develop and maintain strong Client relationships through effective communication and influencing skills.
• Produce monthly project reports, forecasts and data-led insights for senior stakeholders.
• Lead engagement with regulators, local authorities and community groups.
• Chair project meetings, presentations and progress reviews.
• Manage contracts in accordance with NEC rules; oversee budgets, cost forecasting and change control.
• Proactively manage early warnings, RFIs and communications to reduce risk and support delivery.
