Job summary

WSP Ireland seeks a Strategic Growth Director to lead PMCM Ireland from our Dublin office, with travel across Ireland and occasional UK visits. You will shape a growth strategy, build senior client relationships and drive profitable outcomes.

You'll partner with the PMCM Group Directors and Ireland Country Lead to secure major opportunities in Rail, Highways, Water, Energy, and Local Government, ensuring a robust pipeline and sustainable expansion.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in a client-facing environment.
• Approximately 20 years’ experience delivering major infrastructure projects (typically €50m+).
• Proven expertise in rail and/or large-scale infrastructure programmes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the PMCM Ireland Growth Strategy, aligned with regional and global objectives.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across Rail, Highways, Water, Energy, and Local Government.
• Lead strategic partnerships and a structured key account management framework.
• Collaborate with PMCM Group Directors and Sector Leads to align resource planning with market demand.
