Job summary

WSP is seeking an experienced Strategic Growth Director to establish and grow the PMCM business in Ireland, based in Dublin with travel across Ireland and occasional UK visits. You will be a key member of the PMCM Leadership Team, shaping strategy and leading high‑impact market development and collaborations.

You will drive pipeline growth, client engagement, and strategic partnerships, ensuring a robust, resilient portfolio across the island while supporting regional leadership and performance

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in a client‑facing environment.
• Approximately 20 years delivering major infrastructure projects (typically 50m+).
• Proven expertise in rail and/or large‑scale infrastructure programmes.
• Strong commercial and contract management experience (e.g. NEC, FIDIC, COE).
• Degree in Engineering or Project Management.
• Chartered status in a relevant discipline.
• Membership of a recognised professional body (APM, ICE, IET).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the PMCM Ireland Growth Strategy.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across Rail, Highways, Water, Energy, Local Government.
• Expand WSP's presence by leveraging client relationships and strategic connections.
• Lead and mentor PMCM teams to deliver portfolio growth and profitable outcomes.
• Collaborate with PMCM Group Directors and Sector Leads to align resources with demand.
