Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an ambitious qualified accountant to join South Dublin as Group Financial Controller. Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you will lead the finance function, strengthen financial controls and support its growth.

You will drive group reporting, budgeting, cash flow management and financial modelling, while mentoring the finance team and partnering with operations to improve profitability and strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
Minimum five years' post-qualification experience.
Experience as Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager.
Strong group reporting, management accounting and commercial finance experience.
Experience managing multi-site operations.
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly management accounts, group consolidation and financial reporting.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial modelling.
Drive financial controls, governance and statutory compliance.
Business partner with operations to improve financial performance and profitability.
Lead, mentor and develop the finance team.
Drive finance systems improvements, automation and process efficiencies.
Support acquisitions, integrations and strategic growth initiatives.
