Job summary

Leinster Appointments is seeking a Financial Controller located in Dublin 14 to lead our financial team and ensure robust financial controls. The role reports to the Chief Executive and is full-time in-office, with responsibility for forecasting, reporting and risk management.

The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with a track record in financial governance and leadership within a complex organisation.

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with membership in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Financial Oversight & Compliance
• Develop and maintain a group-wide financial control framework
• Management Accounting & Reporting
• Payroll and pensions oversight
• HR & IT Services Management
• Strategic Finance & Risk
• Lead financial forecasting, capital planning, and scenario modelling
• People Leadership & Organisational Development
• Provide leadership, direction and support to direct reports and broader team, fostering clarity, accountability and strong management practice.
• Optimisation of Services & Engagement
• Drive continuous improvement programmes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve stakeholder experience across departments.

Education

Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
