Qualifications

• Must have experience as Finance Manager or early-stage Financial Controller
• Ability to own financial reporting, internal controls, compliance and lead a small team
• Strong partnering and communication skills with senior leadership and external auditors

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of monthly and annual management accounts
• Maintain strong financial controls and oversee month-end close processes
• Coordinate the annual external audit process and ensure efficient delivery of audit requirements
• Ensure compliance with all statutory, tax, VAT, and regulatory obligations across multiple jurisdictions
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
• Business partner with auditors, tax advisors, banking partners, and other external stakeholders
• Monitor and drive finance KPIs to ensure high-quality reporting and operational excellence
• Oversee daily treasury activities and liquidity management
• Manage cashflow forecasting and provide timely reporting to senior management
• Partner with CFO and senior leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and strategic decision-making
• Drive improvements in financial systems, controls, and reporting processes

About the Role
