Job summary

GPC Finance in Ireland is seeking a Financial Controller to lead the finance team across multi-site operations. Reporting to the Board, you will drive day-to-day financial management, reporting and controls while shaping the finance function for growth and future acquisitions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years post-qualified experience in a professional services environment or partner-led organisation.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management with ability to influence across the business.
• Proven track record delivering high-quality financial reporting, with robust technical and system skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all finance operations including management accounts, cash flow, payroll, and tax filings.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts and financial analyses for strategic decision-making.
• Oversee statutory compliance, audits and external financial statements.
• Drive improvements in finance processes, systems, controls and team development.
• Partner with senior leadership on acquisitions, due diligence and growth initiatives.
