Job summary

Leinster Appointments Ltd is seeking a Group Financial Controller to lead accounting, reporting, tax and treasury across multiple jurisdictions from their Dundalk-based hybrid role. You will partner with the CFO to deliver accurate, timely information and drive financial performance.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong financial controls, and a track record of managing multi-entity operations in regulated environments.

Qualifications

Proven experience as Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager in a regulated environment.
Experience managing multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional finance operations.
Strong internal controls and governance/ compliance knowledge.
Ability to balance operational detail with commercial priorities.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, treasury, and consolidation across multiple jurisdictions.
Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting (P&L and Balance Sheet).
Lead cash flow management and working capital optimization.
Coordinate internal and external audits and tax obligations.
Provide FP&A support with insightful management reporting and KPI tracking.
Develop and mentor the finance operations team and promote continuous improvement.
