A leading Group function in South Dublin/North Wicklow has exclusively engaged Barden to identify an experienced Group Financial Controller to join their finance leadership team on a permanent basis.

The Group Financial Controller is a critical member of the finance leadership team, partnering closely with the CFO to oversee the Group’s core finance function. The role is responsible for the delivery of all accounting, consolidation, financial reporting and control activities across the organisation, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance throughout the Group.

With direct responsibility for the Group accounting function, the successful professional will provide leadership and guidance to regional finance teams, driving best practice, strengthening financial controls, and ensuring the timely production of high-quality financial information across all jurisdictions.

The position plays a key role in delivering both internal and external reporting requirements, while supporting the CFO in meeting the Group’s reporting and governance obligations. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity suited to a commercially minded and detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
