Job summary

The Johnstown Estate in Enfield, Co. Meath, is seeking a proactive Field Sales Executive to secure new business across Ireland for Trim Castle Hotel and The Johnstown Estate.

You will cultivate a robust pipeline for residential conferences, training events, and group bookings, travel regionally, and work with Sales, Revenue and Marketing to convert opportunities into valued partnerships. Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in sales, events, or hospitality.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
• Ability to build relationships from scratch and take ownership of opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Proactive Business Development: generate new business through outbound activity, networking, and client meetings.
• Develop and execute territory plans focused on Dublin and key regional cities.
• Build a pipeline of opportunities across SMERF, associations, and corporate events.
• Coordinate site visits, client presentations, and industry events to drive conversions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue and Marketing to align pricing and availability and hand over converted business.
