Job summary

The K Club, a luxury resort just outside Dublin, is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Executive to grow domestic corporate business across Ireland, focusing on meetings, conferences, events and accommodations. As a relationship builder, you will develop new opportunities, nurture client partnerships and represent one of Ireland's leading luxury destinations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Target-driven with strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Fluency in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new domestic corporate business across Ireland (meetings, conferences, accommodation, events).
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients through meetings and networking.
• Conduct client visits and site inspections to showcase The K Club and convert opportunities.
• Develop a sales pipeline through prospecting, market research, and referrals.
• Represent The K Club at trade shows and industry events to raise brand awareness.
