Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to customers, orchestrating cross-functional internal teams and engaging executive, technical, and business stakeholders.
• Lead QBRs and strategic reviews to demonstrate impact and define next steps.
• Analyze adoption and usage trends to quantify value and drive commercial recommendations.
• Position Datadog as a critical observability platform enabling reliability and informed decisions.
• Own and manage onboarding for new customers.
