Job summary

Smarttech247 is seeking a senior customer success professional to act as the voice of the customer, building trusted relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and other senior stakeholders in enterprise accounts. You will spot renewal risks early, champion customer outcomes, and coordinate with Sales, Service Delivery, and leadership to secure retention and growth.

You will report to the Cork HQ but welcome applicants from across the Republic of Ireland; travel may be required as part of client

Qualifications

• Senior customer-facing experience in cybersecurity/technology/managed services.
• Proven track record in renewals/retention and executive-level customer meetings.
• Confidence speaking with CISOs, CIOs and other senior stakeholders.
• Ability to follow technical conversations without being an engineer.
• Strong judgement, proactive, organized, ownership mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; constructively challenging internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with key customers, including executives.
• Track customer health and sentiment and catch renewal risks before they grow.
• Provide customers with actionable ideas and recommendations beyond reports.
• Lead strategic reviews focused on outcomes and future priorities.
• Capture customer feedback and advocate for action within the business.
• Lead the customer response when issues arise until confidence is restored.
• Support retention and growth and pass opportunities to sales.
