Job summary

Keeper Security is seeking a Customer Success Manager to grow revenue within an established client base in Ireland. The role supports hybrid work near Cork or full remote options for non-commutable distances, with a focus on expanding relationships and ensuring value from Keeper’s cybersecurity solutions.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ years in Account Management or SaaS Customer Success, strong understanding of software integrations, and experience engaging Enterprise IT and Cyber Security

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Account Management or SaaS Customer Success roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of software integrations (SSO, Directory) and onboarding.
• Experience selling to Enterprise, IT and Cyber Security executives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by expanding within named accounts.
• Negotiate renewals, cross-sells and upsells.
• Build relationships with senior management and C-level contacts.
• Perform quarterly business reviews and align business goals.
• Maintain structured cadence with named customers and close deals.
