Keeper Security, Inc. is hiring a Customer Success Manager to join our Cork, Ireland hybrid team. You will manage a portfolio of Keeper customers, drive renewals, and seek expansion opportunities within SME and Enterprise accounts.

Collaboration with product, sales, and security teams will help ensure customer value and long-term relationships. Applicants should have 1+ years in account management or SaaS customer success, strong knowledge of software integrations, and experience selling to

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Account Management or SaaS Customer Success roles/Sales roles.
• Strong technical knowledge as it pertains to software integrations (SSO, Directory, etc.).
• Experience working with and selling to Enterprise organisations, C-level Executives, IT and Cyber Security Executives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue through those named accounts using Keeper solutions.
• Negotiate renewals, cross-sells and upsells with clients.
• Build relationships with Senior Management and C-level contacts.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and ensure clients stay ahead on security needs.
