Job summary

Qualifications

Capacity to manage high volumes of deliveries with accuracy and adaptability.
Quickly react to delays, breakdowns, and reschedule efficiently.
Strong communication with drivers, warehouse, and customer teams.
Proficient with transport planning and scheduling systems.
Good knowledge of Dublin and Leinster areas.

Responsibilities

Plan and optimise daily delivery and installation schedules.
Allocate jobs to vehicles and crews using route planning.
Coordinate delivery routes across multiple locations and teams.
Liaise with warehouse, customer service and installers to ensure orders are ready.
Monitor live delivery operations and manage delays and exceptions.
Produce operational reports on delivery performance.
