Responsibilities

• Plan and optimise daily delivery and installation schedules for big items across multiple routes.
• Allocate jobs to vehicles and crews using route planning and constraints.
• Coordinate delivery routes across multiple locations balancing customer requirements and capacity.
• Liaise with warehouse, customer service and installation teams to ensure orders are ready for delivery.
• Monitor live delivery operations and manage delays, cancellations, and exceptions.
• Communicate updates with customers, installers and third-party contractors.
• Produce reports on delivery and installation performance and utilization.
• Identify improvements to route planning and productivity using planning software.
