National Vehicle Distribution is hiring a Transport Planner to manage day-to-day logistics for a fleet of 70+ trucks across Ireland and the UK. You will work with drivers, internal teams and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Qualifications

• Previous transport planning experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Geographical knowledge of Ireland and UK is a plus.
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate day-to-day transport for 70+ trucks across Ireland and the UK.
• Liaise with drivers, internal teams and subcontractors.
• Book ferries, flights and arrange customs documentation.
• Keep transport data up to date in systems.
• Monitor delivery progress to meet customer requirements.
