You will drive customer adoption, value realization, and proactive success planning across global accounts, ensuring high CSAT and trusted partnerships with executive stakeholders. The role requires 8+ years in consulting or customer-facing roles, with 5+ years in management and experience guiding large teams in a Cloud/SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in consulting, professional services, or customer-facing roles for enterprise clients.
• 5+ years in management with proven ability to lead large teams.
• Experience managing 15+ individual contributors in large organizations.
• Cloud/SaaS software experience with global or regional customers.
• Experience working across multiple regional markets (AMER, EMEA, APAC).

Responsibilities

• Build, lead and develop a world-class team of Success Architects.
• Drive Customer Success outcomes, CSAT, adoption, and value realization.
• Escalation management and performance of the team against KPIs.
• Collaborate with Support, Sales, Product, Engineering and Services to improve the customer experience.
• Establish executive relationships and deliver proactive success planning.
