Job summary

Vantage is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead large-scale organisational and cultural change during a major technology and operating transformation. The role collaborates with HR, IR and operations leaders to drive engagement and adoption across multiple programmes.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in change delivery, strong stakeholder management, and a recognised qualification in change management. Hybrid working is offered within a 6-month daily-rate contract.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience delivering and embedding large-scale organisational change.
• Proven experience managing change across multiple programmes and projects.
• Strong stakeholder management with exposure to C-suite, HR and IR.
• Experience in transport, logistics or depot environments.
• Change management qualification such as PROSCI, CMBoK, ACMP, APMG, CMI, CIPD or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, leadership and report-writing skills.
• Experience building change networks and champion communities.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced transformation environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate change activity across multiple programmes, depots and central teams.
• Assess organisational impacts, risks and readiness, ensuring a joined-up approach to change.
• Partner with HR, Industrial Relations and operational leaders to support workforce engagement.
• Develop clear communications and engagement plans for employees, leaders and key stakeholders.
• Provide change insights and recommendations through governance and programme forums.
• Support successful adoption of new processes, technology and ways of working while minimising disruption to business-as-usual operations.
