Job summary

Unijobs on behalf of a public sector client is recruiting a Transformation Business Manager on a 12-month contract. The role offers flexible/hybrid working with on-site meetings and workshops as required. The post pays €33.52 per hour based on an annualised €61,219 and runs 35 hours per week.

You will accrue 30 days of annual leave plus bank holidays. Employment is via an agency and the role supports staff through change.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering transformation/change programmes in health/social care or public sector environments.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple change disciplines and teams.
• Experience engaging with clinical or operational stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Experience coordinating staff across different grades or roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and oversight of transformation activities, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and priorities.
• Coordinate training, communication, change management, testing, and benefits tracking.
• Support leadership with programme planning, risk management and delivery oversight.
• Oversee readiness assessments, go-live planning, and post-deployment stabilisation.
