Accenture Ireland is seeking a senior professional to join our Talent Practice and lead change management and HR transformation initiatives for clients across industries. You will define change strategies, design communication plans and drive stakeholder engagement to enable successful organisational change.

Working with senior sponsors and delivery teams, you will guide end-to-end programmes, apply data-driven insights, and champion learning and culture change in complex technology-enabled

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2:1 minimum.
• 6+ years relevant work experience focusing on Change Management and HR transformation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with client-facing experience.
• Experience delivering technology-enabled transformation projects is a plus.
• Certifications in change management or HR are beneficial.
