Job summary

Vantage Resources is recruiting a senior Change Management Lead for a six-month contract in Dublin. You will coordinate change across multiple concurrent programmes, engage with C-suite and HR, and develop leadership updates on organisational impacts and role evolution.

Seeking 10+ years in large-scale change programmes with proven stakeholder management and strong written communication. 3 days per week onsite in City Centre, with up to €550 per day.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing, delivering, and embedding large-scale organisational and cultural change programmes.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating change across multiple concurrent programmes and projects.
• Recognised change management qualification (PROSCI, CMBoK, ACMP, APMG, CMI, CIPD or equivalent).
• Strong stakeholder management experience, including C-suite/Executive teams, HR, and Industrial Relations representatives.
• Excellent written communication and narrative development skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate change activities across multiple concurrent projects and initiatives spanning several depots and central departments.
• Maintain an integrated view of stakeholder engagement, change impacts, risks, and organisational readiness.
• Partner with HR and Industrial Relations representatives on workforce engagement strategies.
• Develop stakeholder briefings and leadership updates on organisational impacts and role evolution.
• Build a portfolio-level view of change impact to support project governance forums.
• Work with PMO, Risk, Programme Leads, and Business Leadership to monitor cumulative change impacts.
• Develop a consolidated communications approach across multiple concurrent programmes.
• Support depot management and operational teams with clear timelines, impacts, and interdependencies.
• Deliver leadership briefings to drive adoption and minimise change resistance and BAU disruption.

• Practical experience implementing operational change in a depot, transport, or logistics environment desirable
• Ability to build and lead change networks and champion communities
