Job summary

Accenture Ireland is seeking a Change and HR Transformation Manager to join our Talent Practice. You will lead transformational change projects across HR, design communication strategies, and partner with clients to shape future-ready organisations.

The role requires 6+ years in change management and HR transformation, strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, and experience with technology-enabled programmes.

Qualifications

• Defining change management solutions for transformational change projects, including planning across project life cycles from change impact assessments to change measurement and business readiness.
• Creating Communication strategies and plans, driving leadership engagement and advocacy, and leading communications and storytelling.
• Driving Cultural and Behavioural change, backed by behavioural and data science.
• Supporting the growth of the T&O consulting practice through innovation, capability growth, thought leadership, and market eminence.
• Strong consulting acumen demonstrated through excellent communication, facilitation and data analysis skills to influence others.
• Understanding, and experience of end-to-end technology implementation programme lifecycle, from design through to hypercare.
• Stakeholder Management skills, to build trusted relationships both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management initiatives across complex client programmes.

• Drive behavioural and cultural change aligned with project objectives.
• Support growth of the Talent & Organisation consulting practice through thought leadership.
