Job summary

E-Frontiers in Dublin is seeking an experienced Project Delivery & Change Manager to join a large-scale technology transformation programme. The role combines technology project delivery with change management to ensure organisations and users are ready for the change.

You will coordinate multiple technology initiatives, engage stakeholders, and ensure delivery stays on track while managing risks, dependencies and business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale technology transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage delivery and change in parallel across multiple streams.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for coordinating delivery across a number of technology and digital initiatives.
• Work with project teams to establish realistic plans, milestones and priorities.
• Monitor progress and identify potential delays, risks and dependencies before they become major issues.
• Bring together information from technical teams, suppliers and business stakeholders to create a clear picture of project status.
• Work closely with Agile teams, developers, testers, Business Analysts, technical specialists and operational teams.
• Coordinate activities across cloud, infrastructure, applications and existing technology environments.
• Work with external suppliers and service providers to ensure commitments and deliverables remain on track.
• Provide concise, commercially minded updates to senior stakeholders, highlighting what has been achieved, what is at risk and where decisions are required.
• Manage project risks, issues, actions and dependencies and ensure owners follow through.
• Support financial tracking, forecasting and project governance.
• Coordinate activities around testing, releases, deployment and transition into live operations.
• Make sure support teams are properly prepared before new technology or functionality goes live.
• Coordinate post-launch activities, including early-life support and lessons learned.
• Assessing the impact of technology changes on users, teams and business processes.
• Developing and coordinating change and implementation plans.
• Working with stakeholders to build awareness and readiness.
• Supporting communications around upcoming changes.
• Coordinating training and user-readiness activities where required.
• Working with operational and support teams to ensure they understand new processes and systems.
• Identifying potential resistance or adoption issues and helping teams address them.
• Making sure business and operational considerations are incorporated into technology delivery from an early stage.
