Job summary

Accenture Ireland is seeking professionals to join our Talent Practice, helping organisations reinvent their people, HR and workforce strategies through data-driven change management and transformation expertise.

You will define change management solutions across multi-year programmes, craft communication and stakeholder engagement plans, and lead cultural and behavioural change initiatives that enable successful technology and organizational change. Flexible working options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (min 2:1) and 6+ years of relevant work experience with talent & organisational topics, especially Change Management and HR transformation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to facilitate client meetings and workshops.
• Experience in program and project management; leading teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define change management solutions for transformational projects across project life cycles.
• Create communication strategies and plans; drive leadership engagement and advocacy.
• Lead communications and storytelling; drive cultural and behavioural change backed by data science.
• Support growth of the Talent Practice through innovation and thought leadership.
