Fenergo, based in Dublin, is seeking a Bid Manager to lead the end-to-end bid process for global opportunities. You will collaborate with Field Sales, Client Solutions, Partners, Marketing, Client Services, and Product teams to craft compelling responses that meet client requirements.

This role rewards high attention to detail, strong project management under pressure, and independent work on multiple bids.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bid management experience.
• End-to-end bid process management.
• Strong project and time management under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects.
• Clear written and spoken communication.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Experience using AI to manage bid content.

Responsibilities

• Support global Sales teams to win deals and prepare bids and proposals.
• Manage the full tender lifecycle from opportunity tracking to final submission.
• Coordinate with global teams to assemble bid responses and assign tasks.
• Draft, edit, and ensure a consistent persuasive tone across bids.
• Ensure submissions meet client specs, criteria, and regulatory standards.
• Manage online content library and collateral using AI tools.
• Continuously build domain knowledge to improve responses.
