The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capability and a proven track record in winning complex tenders. This role offers a remote-first model, allowing flexibility in work locations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ bid management experience, including leadership responsibility.
• Proven track record delivering successful public sector and construction/engineering tenders.
• Experience managing complex bids and multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the bid team.
• Develop and implement winning bid strategies aligned to business goals.
• Ensure submissions are compliant, competitive and client-focused.
