Job summary

Fenergo is seeking a Bid Manager to guide the end-to-end tender process across global teams. You will coordinate with Sales, Client Solutions, and Product teams to deliver high-quality, compliant bid responses that win deals.

You will manage content, leverage AI tools for bid content, and maintain a rigorous, detail-focused approach while meeting tight deadlines. This six-month contract role offers global exposure and a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Bid Manager experience.
• Experience managing the end-to-end bid process.
• Advanced project management and time management under high pressure.
• High-level attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to work independently and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to craft clear proposals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire tender lifecycle from opportunity tracking to final submission and handover.
• Coordinate with global Sales, Client Solutions, Partners, Marketing, Client Services, Product Management, Security and Engineering.
• Draft, edit and ensure a persuasive, uniform tone across bids and vendor due diligence.
• Ensure submissions meet client specifications, evaluation criteria and regulatory standards.
• Manage online content library and related collateral using AI tools and library systems.
• Develop domain knowledge and continuously learn to improve bid responses.

What does this role entail?

• Support global Sales teams in their quest to win deals. Work closely with Field Sales Reps, Sales Directors and Client Solutions in developing the business, through the management and preparation of bids and client proposals in accordance with company operating procedures.

• End-to-End Lifecycle: Manage the entire tender process from initial opportunity tracking and qualification to final submission, presentation, and handover. Provide central management for global bid opportunity responses, including bid task assignment, tracking, collating, packaging, managing ad-hoc queries/requests, and making strategy recommendations.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Form close working relationships with Fenergo's global teams (across Sales, Client Solutions, Partners, Marketing, Client Services, Product Management, Security and Engineering) to assist in their efforts in responding to the needs of clients/prospects. Structure the interface between Sales and key SMEs from other departments to form a bid team for the duration of the bid.
• Proposal Writing and Editing: Assure the production of high-quality responses to client requirements. Draft, edit and ensure a uniform, persuasive tone across tender responses and all Vendor Due Diligence and Risk Assessments. The Bid Manager is responsible for reviewing the content and formatting of all bids and proposals.

• Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all submissions strictly meet client specifications, evaluation criteria, and regulatory standards.
• Content Management: Manage and continuously develop online content library and related collateral, using AI tools and Library Management tools.

• Continuous Learning: Achieve a high degree of domain knowledge and continually advance your skill base to play an active role in creating the responses.

Please note that this role is a 6 month fixed-term contract.

• High-level attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to turn complex ideas into clear proposals.
• Advanced MS Office skills essential.
• Experience in using AI to manage bid content

Nice to have

• APMP certification
• Experience working within financial services / financial technology / SaaS
• Experience in AI automation & online proposal tools recommended
