Job summary

Fenergo, a Dublin-based FinTech leader, seeks a Bid Coordinator to manage end-to-end bid responses and coordinate inputs from Sales, Engineering, Risk & Privacy, and Security teams. You will ensure timely submissions, maintain proposal quality, and keep bid content updated using AI-enabled tools.

The role requires 2+ years in bid coordination or similar, strong communication, and exceptional organisational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in Bid coordination or similar project-based role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present written information in a professional and concise format.
• Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively.
• Willingness to support team with variety of cases simultaneously and ability to handle competing deadlines
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the bid managers to fulfil the end-to-end Bid Management function by providing central management for global bid opportunity responses.
• Coordinate proposal input from stakeholders, involving Sales, Client Solutions, Engineering, Risk & Privacy, Security teams and more.
