Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Benefits Program Manager in Ireland to shape strategy, design and governance of our employee benefits programs. You will drive vendor selection, negotiations, and program administration while partnering with Finance, Payroll and Legal to ensure a coordinated Total Rewards approach.

You will monitor regulatory changes, use Workday for administration, and deliver clear communications to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in a benefits role with similar responsibilities.
• Experience managing and improving employee benefits programs using data and financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of government regulations related to employee benefits and time off.
• Experience managing pension and time-off plans.
• Experience using benefits administration platforms, such as Workday.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and negotiating contracts with benefits vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of our benefits programs, including market research, plan design, vendor management, renewals and negotiations, communications, administration, security reviews and compliance.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes and recommend new or updated programs that align with Stripe’s Total Rewards strategy.
• Act as a subject matter expert and develop clear communication plans for Stripes to understand our programs.
• Serve as the primary contact for benefits vendors, brokers, and third-party administrators.
• Identify and evaluate potential vendors and manage RFP processes in partnership with Procurement.
• Assess vendor performance and manage contracts with Legal to ensure contractual commitments are met.
• Compile, analyze, and report on key benefits metrics and budget projections.
