This role requires 10+ years in benefits with global exposure, strong collaboration, and ability to drive changes across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience.
• 5+ years experience managing global benefits / vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead global benefits management and regional renewal cycles with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee benefits design, funding strategies, and vendor management to optimize cost and risk.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal and Procurement to execute cost-effective, compliant programs.
• Ensure consistency across geographies and manage communications with stakeholders.
