Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Workday Analyst for the People Systems team in Dublin. You’ll administer and improve Stripe’s Workday environment, handling operational tasks, testing, and change management while building depth across Core HR, Security, Time Tracking, Absence and Reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration, administration, or HRIS experience.
• Experience configuring Workday HCM, Reporting, Security, Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll, or other lifecycle processes.
• Experience supporting data loads, reporting requests, system changes, testing, or operational workflows in an enterprise HRIS environment.
• Experience handling confidential information with close attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to document work and raise risks or blockers.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer Workday capabilities across Core HR, Security, Time Tracking, Absence and Reporting.
• Perform recurring operational work: queue monitoring, Workday Inbox support, access updates, and data maintenance.
• Support configuration and reporting requests via EIB loads and related data updates.
• Conduct impact analyses; triage changes; escalate high-risk changes as needed.
• Test Workday releases and new features; document results and guidance.
• Triage requests; gather requirements; partner with stakeholders on practical solutions.
• Maintain documentation; identify gaps and improvements while ensuring security and audit requirements.
