Job summary

Stripe is hiring a People Consultant on a fixed-term 11-month contract in Ireland (Dublin area). You will partner with front-line managers on performance management, employee relations, and people strategy, ensuring policy compliance and inclusive practices across teams.

The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and solid knowledge of UK & Ireland employment laws, with collaboration across the People team and business leaders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HR experience with a client-facing role preferred
• Experience partnering with managers on performance management and coaching
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid understanding of UK and Ireland employment legislation and practices

Responsibilities

• Partner with frontline managers on people-related matters including performance management, coaching, career development, employee relations, leveling and team effectiveness with inclusivity focus
• Advise Stripe leadership on People policies and best practices in collaboration with the People team
• Collaborate with People Partners, managers and leaders on broader organizational strategy
• Support the rollout of People programs including performance cycles, compensation cycles, and engagement surveys
• Analyze organizational health trends and present insights to managers and leaders; track key people data
