Job summary

Centra Curragh Grange in Ireland is seeking a Duty Manager to ensure the store operates smoothly, deliver outstanding customer service, and maintain a clean, safe environment while driving sales and profitability.

You will lead the team, manage daily operations, supervise cash handling, and develop staff through training. The role requires energy, strong communication, and a proven track record in grocery retail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a management position.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Experience balancing cash/tills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good delegation skills and team leadership.
• Highly driven with a strong work ethic.
• Understanding of KPIs and targets.
• Commerciality and brand awareness.
• Passion for grocery retail and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement planograms and ensure correct range is in store.
