Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a management position.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Experience balancing cash/tills and cash handling.
• Highly driven with a strong work ethic.
• Understanding of KPI achievement and targets.
• Commercial awareness and brand familiarity in grocery retail.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead store team to achieve sales targets and manage gross profit, margin and waste.
• Implement planograms and ensure optimal product range in-store.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising, cleanliness and safety.
• Lead by example, foster teamwork and a positive workplace culture.
• Communicate effectively with staff and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Support Store Manager in training, performance feedback and staff development.
• Handle customer queries professionally and in line with policy.
• Contribute to margin improvement and department performance.
