Balance front-of-house energy with back-office efficiency, set strategic direction, recruit and onboard new talent, and develop team members to reach career goals. You’ll ensure compliance, visual standards, and a welcoming, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience in fast-paced environments with a customer focus.
• Strong commercial awareness and KPI understanding.
• Proven leadership and ability to coach and develop teams.
