• 1+ year delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving store performance at a senior level.
• Strategic business decision-making to maximise profitability and growth.
• Confident in analysing reports and using insights to improve store productivity and results.
• Strong awareness of market, fashion, and fitness trends with a competitive mindset.
• Committed to developing people, with the ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team.
• Knowledgeable in visual merchandising and product placement for in-store experiences.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to foster collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Leverage commercial acumen to drive sales, maximise productivity, and control costs across the store.
• Analyse daily and weekly reports to ensure the store trades efficiently and profitably.
• Lead recruitment, coaching, and development of your team, keeping engagement high.
• Set clear objectives and KPI targets and follow up to ensure achievement.
• Support and manage underperformers with guidance and accountability.
• Be a commercial and inspirational leader, coaching and developing an EPIC team.
• Oversee stock management and rotation, ensuring availability and presentation of products.
