This hands-on role requires strong retail acumen, decisive leadership, and a passion for results, with responsibility for merchandising, service standards, stock control, and payroll processes to support business growth.

• Participate in recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staff.
• Handle employee relations and performance management.
• Comply with Health & Safety, GDPR, and Employment Law.
• Execute promotions and seasonal campaigns; adapt merchandising to local profiles.
• Maintain store safety standards and monitor security systems.
• Report weekly on store performance, staffing, and KPIs; liaise with head office.
