Job summary

COS is seeking a Store Manager in Leinster, Ireland, to take full ownership of store performance and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role blends front-of-house energy with back-end efficiency, driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence.

You will guide managers, merchandisers, and sales advisors, oversee recruitment and onboarding, and create tailored development plans to grow careers.
