Job summary

Gym+Coffee is seeking a Store Manager to lead our flagship store in Dublin, driving sales and delivering the brand experience. You will be responsible for day-to-day store operations, staff leadership, and ensuring an outstanding customer journey.

You will inspire the team, manage stock and visual standards, and partner with Senior Management to achieve store profitability and growth while maintaining a positive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in store management or retail leadership roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coach a team.
• Flexibility to work Monday to Sunday as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide inspiration for the sales team by leading by example.
• Drive business strategy through teamwork and collaboration with colleagues.
• Hire, onboard and develop staff to meet store objectives.
• Maintain stock replenishment and ensure accurate stock control.
