Lidl Ireland is seeking an experienced Store Manager in Balbriggan to support daily operations and drive KPI performance. You will lead, coach, and develop the store team, ensuring excellent customer service and high standards on the shop floor.
You will manage stock levels, maintain effective merchandising, and work with the leadership team to deliver Lidl’s customer-first journey. The role offers competitive pay, generous holidays, and a structured development path.
Competenze
- Leaving certificate or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years management experience in fast-paced environment.
- Full driving licence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shift patterns.
- Preferably, previous experience as Assistant Store Manager but not essential.

- Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
- Target-driven approach to KPIs.
- Manage, motivate, and develop the store team.
- Maintain excellent shop floor presentation.
