Lidl Ireland is seeking a capable Assistant Store Manager to help lead a busy shop in a fast-paced retail environment. You will support the Store Manager, drive KPI targets, and develop the store team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Formación

• Must have Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Full driving licence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shift patterns.
• Previous Assistant Store Manager experience preferred but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of your store.
• Target-driven approach to KPIs.
• Manage, motivate, and develop the store team.
• Maintain excellent shop floor presentation.
• Ensure adequate stock levels are always maintained.
