Job summary

Lidl is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, drive KPI performance, and develop the store team. You’ll help maintain store presentation and stock levels while delivering great customer service.

You should have leaving certificate, 2 years of management experience, a full driving licence, and a passion for a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Lidl offers a competitive package, a pension, and various staff benefits.

Qualifications

• You have completed your leaving certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Full driving licence.
• A passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The flexibility to work varying shift patterns.
• Preferably, previous experience working as an Assistant Store Manager, but this is not essential provided you have the right attitude.
