Job summary

Lidl in Ireland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support day-to-day store operations, lead by example, and drive KPI achievements. You will manage a team, maintain shop floor presentation, and ensure stock levels are optimal while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role requires leadership, strong communication and flexibility to cover varying shifts, with potential progression within Lidl's Leadership Academy as part of ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Leaving certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Full driving licence.
• Passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shift patterns.
• Preferably, previous experience working as an Assistant Store Manager, but this is not essential provided you have the right attitude.

• Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of your store.
