Job summary

Lidl Ireland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations in Dún Laoghaire, driving KPI performance and leading the store team. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining excellent shop floor standards.

You will manage stock, schedules, and coaching, with a bias toward targets and fast-paced execution. The position offers a clear pathway to leadership development within Lidl.

Qualifications

• Leaving certificate or equivalent completed.
• Minimum 2 years' management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Full driving licence.
• A passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The flexibility to work varying shift patterns.
• Preferably, previous experience working as an Assistant Store Manager, but this is not essential provided you have the right attitude.
