Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Full driving license required.
• Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations.
• Manage, motivate, and develop the store team.
• Ensure excellent shop floor presentation and customer service.
