Lidl Ireland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead and support store operations in a busy retail environment. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive KPIs, motivate the team, and ensure exceptional customer service on the shop floor.

The role requires leadership experience, a commitment to targets, and flexibility to cover varying shifts. Lidl offers a competitive salary and strong development opportunities.

Competenze

• Completed leaving certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Full driving licence.
• Passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shift patterns; previous Assistant Store Manager experience preferred but not essential.
